When can I expect my items?
Your delivery will be with you within 1-3 working days from purchase. 

I have a problem with my order!
If you have a problem with an order please email hello@thecollectivedairy.com and we’ll fix the issue ASAP!

What do I do with the packaging?
Our boxes and paper liners are fully recyclable, so pop them in your recycling bin. As for the ice packs, these long lasting coolants are designed to be reused, and they are incredibly durable, so rather than disposing of them straight away here are a few great ways that you can use them at home: https://icertech.co.uk/packaging-coolant-guide/.
When they finally do come to the end of their life, you will find them very easy to recycle and dispose of. You can recycle the plastic from these food-safe packs and most supermarkets will accept them along with carrier bags. The gel contents can either be disposed of with household waste, or safely poured down the drain.

Can I track my order?
Yes you can - we use DPD as our courier and they’ll text and email you when they’re on the way, with a link for tracking, too.

Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately not, sorry! However, drop us an email at hello@thecollectivedairy.com as soon as you can and we'll see what we can do. 

Where do you deliver to?
All of mainland UK only for now...but watch this space!
